Find your constraintEvery lamp we ship leaves with a bracket, and we have been specifying and buying brackets for as long as we have been building lamps. That is why a bracket change is rarely a project: most of what customers ask for is a different hole pattern, a longer arm, a clamp instead of a flat foot, or stainless instead of plated steel. None of those need new tooling.
Brackets are also available on their own, without lamps. This page is organised by the problem you are trying to solve, not by our product range.

A bracket that holds the lamp is not the same as a bracket that holds the aim. On a tracked machine the lamp is still there at the end of the season, but it is lighting the sky, and nobody noticed it drift.
How aim is lost
It is rarely the bracket breaking. A fastener backs off, the lamp starts to move under vibration, and the movement does the rest: first the aim wanders, then the joint wears, and only much later does anything actually fail.
What we do about it
- Swivel brackets adjust after installation, so aim can be corrected without removing the lamp or re-drilling anything.
- A positive lock on the adjustment, so the setting is held rather than relying on friction alone.
- Fasteners must be torqued, not hand-tightened. Hand-tight is the single most common reason a lamp drifts out of aim.
- On high-vibration machines, ask us for the locking hardware recommendation for your bracket and mounting position.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you supply brackets without lamps?
Yes. The minimum order is 60 pieces per model, the same as for our lamps.
Do we have to pay for tooling every time?
No. As the table above shows, most changes need no tooling at all. Only an entirely new bracket body does, and that cost can be shared and amortised into the unit price.
What material are the fasteners?
Stainless steel, 304 or better. For coastal and underground service we specify 316.
Can you match a bracket we already use?
Send us the part or a drawing. Matching an existing bracket is the most common request we get.
Can the bracket carry our part number?
Yes, on the bracket and on the packaging.
