LED Work Lights for Agricultural Machinery

Modern farming runs day and night through planting and harvest windows that do not wait for daylight. Tractors, combines and sprayers need lighting that keeps working through dust storms, wash-downs and the constant vibration of field operation — conditions that destroy ordinary lamps in a single season.

Our agricultural range covers every mounting position on the machine — cab, hood, fender, header, auger, boom and rear — with IP69K-sealed housings, 9–32 V multi-volt input for any tractor electrical system, and potted drivers that shrug off engine vibration. Direct-fit models reuse the original mounts and plugs of the common brands; universal models cover everything else. The sections below give the light plan by machine.

Tractors: cab, hood, fenders and rear

A cab tractor working at night carries 8–12 light positions: hood or headlight units for the road and the front linkage, two to four 30–60 W wide floods on the front of the cab roof, two on the rear of the roof over the hitch and implement, one on each fender, and rear or tail lamps. Most positions want a 30–60 W flood (about 2,400–4,800 lm); go to 60–120 W only for wide implements. Combines: header, auger, grain tank and rear

A combine is a different lighting problem from a tractor: the operator watches the header cutter bar, the unloading auger and the grain tank at the same time, and the machine runs the longest nights of the year. Plan floods low over the header and along the unloading side, a light on the grain tank, rear fill over the straw chopper and access ladder, and upper and inner cab lights so mirrors stay usable. We make direct-fit upper cab, inner cab, auger and stubble lights for John Deere S, T, W and 9000-STS series and Case IH 2144–2588, 5088–9230 and 5140–9240 combines, alongside universal floods for older machines.

Self-propelled sprayers: boom lights

Night spraying needs light along the boom so the operator can check nozzle patterns and overlap. Our sprayer boom lights — 7 models from 27 W to 120 W, including a blue-light version with a glass lens that makes spray drift and nozzle output easier to see — mount on the boom sections and fold with them; the same lights serve fertiliser spreaders and planters.

Implements and trailers

Rear-facing floods on the cab roof, aimed down at the hitch, do most of the work for night tillage and baling; two medium floods usually beat one large unit because shadows fill from both sides. For grain carts, balers and trailers that travel on the road, amber flashing and extremity lamps for wide equipment are grouped in our LED beacon and warning lights range.

• 9–32 V input — One part number across 12 V utility tractors and 24 V harvesters, tolerant of alternator voltage swings.
• Vibration resistance — Potted drivers and stainless-steel brackets endure continuous field vibration and rough road transport.
• EMC suppression tested to CISPR 25 — designed to keep emissions away from GPS guidance, radios and ISOBUS electronics in the cab; test reports on request.
• Glare control by placement — Wide floods aimed down, mounted high, and matched in colour across the machine reduce eye strain over a twelve-hour shift; keep spot beams for the road.

Direct-fit upgrades for existing fleets

For John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson and Kubota machines we offer direct-fit LED replacements that reuse the original mounting points and plugs — typically an afternoon’s work per machine, with no rewiring. Where an original halogen unit is discontinued, universal models with adjustable brackets fill the gap. Send the machine list, or the OEM part number of the lamp you are replacing, and we compile the set position by position.

Season planning and wholesale supply

We supply dealers, cooperatives and OEM brands from 60 pieces per model, with private-label options and certification documentation for your market available on request. Samples ship in 1–5 days and production takes 15–25 working days, so an order placed two months ahead of harvest lands with margin to spare. Most buyers field-test two or three units through a season of washing and vibration before committing to volume.
