Spraying is night work: low wind, high humidity, and cool air make the hours after dark the best application window — but only if the operator can see every nozzle. These 8 LED sprayer boom lights, factory-built from 27W to 120W, mount directly on the boom and light the spray fans beneath it, so a blocked, worn, or misting nozzle shows up from the cab during night spraying instead of in the crop rows the next morning. They are a core building block of our agricultural machinery lighting programme.

How to choose sprayer boom lighting

Boom lighting is specified differently from ordinary work lights:

• Beam colour — Standard white floods give even illumination along the boom; the blue-light model with glass lens makes each spray fan stand out sharply against the crop at night, the quickest way to spot a failed nozzle from the seat.
• Output and spacing — Compact 27–48W units fitted per boom section keep illumination even across the full working width; the 120W model covers wider spans from fewer mounting points.
• Housing and mount — The boom takes chemical drift on every pass plus whip and fold shocks, so lights must be fully sealed and chemical-resistant, with mounts that hold their aim through constant flexing.

Surviving the chemicals

Sprayer boom lights live in the harshest chemical environment on the farm: spray drift on every pass, then a wash-down after every tank. This range answers with IP67–IP69K sealing, chemical-resistant housings, stainless steel brackets that shrug off fertiliser and cleaning agents, and a glass-lens option for the operations where chemicals attack plastic lenses fastest. Inside, potted drivers absorb the vibration a flexing boom feeds into everything bolted to it.

Complete the machine, not just the boom

Boom lights solve visibility over the spray fans; headland turns and road transport between fields still depend on the machine itself being properly lit. Pair this range with our LED tractor lights for cab, fender, and road-legal head lamp positions; the same agricultural programme also covers harvester lights for combines working the same night hours. Trailed sprayers on 12V tractors and self-propelled machines on 24V systems both run the same part numbers, thanks to 9–32V DC input on every model.
