How to choose an LED light bar
Start with mounting space, beam layout, and electrical system — these three checks come before anything else on the spec sheet:
- Mounting first — Measure the roof line, bumper, or bull bar before choosing a length; a bar is only as solid as its end brackets, and stainless steel mounts outlast the housing they carry.
- Beam layout — Combination bars place spot optics in the centre for reach and flood optics toward the ends for width; that mix suits most mixed driving, while pure spot or pure flood serve narrower jobs.
- Electrical system — 9–32V DC input runs the same bar on 12V pickups and 24V machinery, and potted drivers ride out voltage spikes and washboard-road vibration.
Combination beam with built-in DRL
The off-road light bar in this range pairs its main combination beam with a DRL function: a low-power daytime running light that keeps the vehicle visible on transit sections without switching on the full beam. On a working vehicle that moves between site, forest track, and public road, that means one bar handles the whole day — full output where there is no oncoming traffic, and a visible, low-draw light signature everywhere else.
Built for off-road punishment
Off-road duty is a torture test: continuous corrugation vibration, branch strikes, packed mud, and a pressure wash at the end of the day. The bar uses a sealed IP67–IP69K housing, solid-state LEDs with no filaments to fracture, potted electronics, and stainless steel brackets. It is a natural fit for forestry and utility vehicles pushing through brush, and for any truck that leaves the tarmac more days than not.
