How to choose the right Bobcat replacement light

With a direct-replacement part, three checks decide whether the light goes in cleanly:

• Lamp position and side: M Series headlights are handed, so the left-hand and right-hand units are separate part numbers; confirm which side you are replacing before ordering, or order in pairs to refresh both sides at once.
• Housing and connector match: Every unit reproduces the original housing outline and mates with the factory plug, so the swap is unbolt, unplug, plug, bolt; no rewiring and no modified brackets.
• Electrical system: All units accept 9–32V DC with potted drivers, so the same lamp serves machines across the fleet and tolerates the voltage dips of hydraulic work.

Why a short, precise range beats a long vague one

The short range is deliberate: aftermarket skid steer lighting fails buyers in one of two ways, either a universal lamp that needs bracket surgery, or a "compatible" lamp that almost fits. We took the opposite path, with fewer part numbers, each matched to a specific housing so fitment is a certainty rather than a gamble. Built for the front line of the machine

Bobcat headlights sit at the most exposed point of the loader, first to meet rubble, branches, and pressure-washer jets. Every replacement here uses a sealed IP67–IP69K housing, solid-state LEDs with no filament to snap when the bucket strikes, potted electronics that soak up rigid-frame vibration, and stainless steel hardware that resists the wash-down chemicals that corrode standard fasteners.
