Our standard MOQ is 60 units per SKU. For custom-developed products (lights we engineer to your requirements), the first order is typically 500 units, or from 300 for higher-value designs. Sample orders of 1–5 units are available for qualified buyers; contact us to request.

Production lead time for standard orders is 15–25 working days after order confirmation. OEM/custom projects vary by tooling requirements, typically 30–45 days for the first production run.

Our standard terms are 30% T/T deposit, with the 70% balance settled before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight as an alternative route, with the detailed terms agreed case by case. We accept PayPal as well; your sales contact can confirm the details for your order. On Incoterms we quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP (still called DDU by many buyers), with FOB Guangzhou and FOB Shenzhen the usual choice. Tell us your destination port or delivery address and the term you work on, and we will quote accordingly. DDP depends on the destination country, so ask us if that is what you need.

Yes, though CE marking and E-Mark are different kinds of thing. Our core LED work light and tractor light ranges carry CE marking under the EMC Directive and RoHS, and many models also hold E-Mark R10 type approval for automotive EMC. Models in our driving light range hold ECE headlamp type approval as well. CE marking is a manufacturer declaration rather than a third-party certificate; these type approvals are issued by an approval authority and carry a number. Tell us the models and destination market and we will confirm which of these apply; documentation is available on request.

CISPR 25 is the international standard for electromagnetic emissions from equipment fitted to vehicles. It grades emissions from Class 1 to Class 5, with Class 5 the most stringent, and the class is specified by the vehicle manufacturer based on where the lamp is mounted. Tough Lighting lamps are built to Class 4 as standard (the level typically specified for body and powertrain electronics), and selected models reach Class 5. Where an installation calls for Class 5, typically lamps close to antennas, cameras or safety-critical electronics, we can develop and test to that level. Tell us the model and the class your application requires, and we will confirm what test documentation we can provide.

There are three kinds of paperwork here, and it matters which one you are asking for. E-Mark R10 is a type approval: a designated technical service does the testing, an approval authority issues the approval, and it carries a number. CE marking (EMC Directive and RoHS) is a manufacturer declaration instead, so what exists there is our EU Declaration of Conformity, backed on the EMC side by measurements from our own laboratory. Performance testing is the third kind and sits outside both: IP rating, vibration, thermal shock and salt spray results, again from our own laboratory rather than an accredited third party, with third-party testing available, charged to the project. CISPR 25 belongs to that third group. It is a voluntary standard with no certification scheme behind it, so what exists is test data against a class, not a certification, measured in our own EMC chamber. Approval numbers, declarations and test reports are available on request; tell us which models are in your enquiry and we will confirm what exists for them.

IP68 means the light can be submerged in water (1.5 m for 30 min). IP69K means it withstands high-pressure hot steam cleaning (80 °C, 80–100 bar), a requirement for agriculture and food-processing equipment. Our heavy-duty range carries both ratings simultaneously.

Our standard range is rated to −40 °C. Our Heated LED Light range features the patented Smart Heated Lens: a thermostatically controlled heating element that activates below −5 °C to prevent ice and snow accumulation on the lens, maintaining full light output even in blizzard conditions.

All Tough Lighting products run on 9–32 V DC, compatible with both 12 V and 24 V vehicle electrical systems. The driver circuit includes reverse polarity protection and surge suppression to ISO 7637-2.

There are three ways. Search this site by the OE part number on the lamp you are replacing: where we have the OE numbers on file, the site search covers them. Use the fitment guides for the major machine series, which map lamp positions to OE numbers for John Deere, Case IH and New Holland. Or send us whatever number you have, a photo of the lamp and the machine model, and we will come back with the right match, or tell you if we do not have one. The catalogue runs to several hundred listings and the OE cross-reference is not filled in on every one, so when the search returns nothing it is still worth asking.

All Tough Lighting products carry a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty covers replacement or credit; we do not require product return for claims under 10 units. Warranty claims must include a photo and order reference.
