Common Applications

Field work does not pause at nightfall — planting, spraying, and harvest all run deep into the dark hours. This section brings together the complete programme of agricultural LED lights we manufacture: sealed work lights, headlights, and replacement lamps for tractors, combines, sprayers, and the other machines on a working farm. Rather than one long product list, the range is organised by equipment type, so you can go straight to the lights engineered for your fleet. For the full picture of how operators light their agricultural machinery, start with our application overview.

How to choose agricultural LED work lights

Wherever you land in the range, three decisions determine the right specification:

  • Beam pattern — Wide flood beams cover the area around implements, headers, and hitches, while narrower driving beams reach down long rows and farm tracks.
  • Sealing — Machines that are pressure-washed after every muddy day need IP67–IP69K housings; anything less lets moisture past the lens within a season.
  • Electrical system — All our lights accept 9–32V DC, so one part number serves 12V utility tractors and 24V harvesters without a converter, and potted drivers absorb alternator voltage spikes.

Find the right lights by equipment type

Our agricultural product line is organised into focused sub-ranges — from tractor lamps to harvester lights for combines and self-propelled machines. Pick the one that matches your machines:

  • Tractors — The LED tractor light range covers headlights, cab and fender work lights, and rear lamps, in both direct-fit and universal versions.
  • Crop sprayers — Sprayer boom lights are chemical-resistant flood lights from 27W to 120W, built so operators can check nozzle patterns at night.
  • John Deere fleets — John Deere equipment lights are plug-in replacements matching the original mounting points and connectors, from hood to cab to fender.
  • Classic and utility tractors — PAR 36 tractor lights replace the old sealed-beam units on vintage machines without changing the housing cut-out.

Durability in field conditions

Every light behind these categories is specified against the same three failure causes: water ingress after pressure washing, vibration damage, and corrosion. Sealed IP67–IP69K housings keep wash-down water out, potted electronics absorb continuous engine and implement vibration, and aluminium bodies with stainless steel brackets stand up to fertiliser dust and wash chemicals season after season.

OEM and wholesale ordering

We manufacture agricultural LED lights for OEM brands, dealers, and aftermarket distributors worldwide. Standard MOQ is 60 pieces per model, production lead time is 15–25 working days, and we recommend starting with 1–5 samples to validate fitment on your own machines. Private-label branding and certification documents (CE, and E-Mark for machines that travel public roads) are available — tell us which equipment types your customers run and we will assemble a range proposal across the sub-categories above.

Beyond the catalogue, we also develop lights from scratch to customer requirements — from design and 3D-printed prototypes to production tooling, with exclusive supply protection. Learn more about our custom LED light development service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where should work lights mount on a combine harvester?

Cover three zones: header floods low at the front, unloading-auger lights on the side, and rear lamps for reversing and road transport. Our beam patterns guide shows which optic fits each harvester position.

Do farm machines need E-Mark lights on public roads?

In most E-Mark markets, yes — lamps used during road transport between fields must carry ECE approval, while field-only work lights need not. We supply E-Mark versions with documentation. Our vehicle lighting certifications guide explains the split.

Can a dealer source all farm machine lights from one supplier?

Yes — tractor, sprayer boom, harvester, and John Deere direct-fit lights all come from one factory with a 60-piece MOQ per model. Tell us which equipment your customers run and request a quote for a range proposal.

Do you make lights for sprayers, seeders, and balers too?

Yes — the range goes well beyond tractors: boom floods for spraying rigs, plus compact flood units that bolt to seed drills, balers, and grain carts, all running on the same 9–32V input as the machine towing them. For self-propelled and trailed spraying setups, start with the dedicated sprayer boom lights range.

When should a farm equipment dealer place seasonal stock orders?

Work backwards from your selling peaks: production takes 15–25 working days after order confirmation plus transit, so an order placed in late winter lands before spring planting, and a mid-summer order arrives ahead of harvest. If you are adding new models, samples ship in 1–5 days for evaluation first. Request a quote with your seasonal forecast to lock in a production slot.

What does IP69K mean when washing down farm machinery?

It certifies the lamp for the harshest cleaning farm machines face: manure, fertiliser dust, and crop-protection residue must be removed regularly, and an IP69K-sealed unit stays watertight even with a pressure lance aimed straight at the housing. Our guide to IP ratings explains the full scale from IP67 upwards.
